Our business lounge is open to tenants and public alike between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You can book your place by the hour for a professional space for quick ad-hoc business meetings or for use as a hot-desk area. Interested? Contact us.
Become a tenant or virtual tenant at the hive and the meeting rooms are available at reduced rates, with use of the business lounge available free of charge.
Need a separate meeting space? Try one of our 3 Pollinator or Beekeepers room.
Pollinators 2 and 3 hold up to 8 people comfortably in a boardroom layout and have presentation screens.
Beekeepers is our largest meeting space located on the first floor of the hive. Light, bright and airy this room is perfect for larger meetings, conferences or event networking and training events and will hold up to 30 people depending on room layout. This room is equipped with a large presentation screen and wi-fi access and has access to a side room which is perfect as a refreshment or initial reception space.

Included free of charge when you hire the above rooms; water, use of the presentation screens and if required a laptop and flipchart pad. We also have a video conference system that is bookable in advance.
All rooms are bookable by the hour, half day or full day and normally operate up until 5pm on weekdays.
